The life blood of our association is our members without our membership base we would not be able to open and operate our facility we are always welcoming to new members. Our goal is to increase our membership to allow us to improve and maintain our facilities including our beautiful community pool.
There are benefits to being a member of our association and living within our community of Venice Gardens. If you live in Venice Gardens or are looking to purchase a home in this community don’t allow the fact that your home or the home that you are considering purchasing not having a swimming pool deter you from purchasing the home of your dreams let us take the hassle out of maintaining an additional expense at your home join our association and for our low annual fee you can swim in our fully maintained and regulated pool.
Memberships are available to people who live within Venice Gardens and we also offer pool memberships to people who live outside of our community also and all our members whether you live inside or outside of our community are welcome to all the association events and functions.We also have guest passes for those family members who will want to visit you now that you live in the sunshine state.
Memberships run from January through December (if you are joining for the first time between October and December dues paid cover the current and following year.)

Individual non-gardens membership $170.00
Household non-gardens membership $225.00
You can sign up by stopping by our office or by completing a membership application that can be found in our monthly bulletin available outside of our rental hall.
